Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.

Returns

Do I have to pay anything to make a return?

No. We offer free return for orders within the country where the order was placed. Please use the customer return label enclosed with the package in order to return the goods free of charge.
Please note that cross-border returns (outside the country where the order was placed) are not possible for logistical reasons and that we are unable to bear the costs if this is not adhered to.
